Our Board of Directors is comprised of parents who have been elected by the co-op members. The Director and the Administrator are non-voting members and advise the Board. The Board meets monthly and is responsible for many administrative and fiscal aspects of the school. Board positions include Memberhip, Fundraising, Toddler Co-ordinator, and Scheduling, among many others. Board meetings are open to Crestwood parents.
The Executive Committee, comprised of the Board President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, as well as the Director and Administrator as non-voting advisors, is responsible for presenting an annual budget to the Parent Board, determining financial aid awards, and other financial and/or confidential matters.
